Eagle electric patrol vehicles offer numerous advantages, making them increasingly adopted by more administrative law enforcement departments. However, improper use and management can lead to premature wear and tear. To enhance the durability of electric patrol vehicles, attention should be paid to the following key points:

  1. Operators must be professionally trained and familiar with maintenance specifications. Unauthorized personnel are prohibited from starting the vehicle.

  2. Conduct regular maintenance for electric patrol vehicles. As the saying goes, "70% depends on quality, 30% on maintenance." Even high-quality products may develop faults if maintenance is neglected. Proper daily maintenance and correct usage will bring convenience to your work and life.

  3. Avoid operating the vehicle with a depleted battery or storing it in a discharged state. A discharged state refers to failing to recharge the battery promptly after use, which easily causes sulfation. Lead sulfate crystals will adhere to the battery plates, blocking ion channels, resulting in insufficient charging and reduced battery capacity. The longer the battery is stored in a discharged state, the more severe the damage.

  4. Master the appropriate charging time. It is optimal to recharge the battery when the discharge depth reaches 60%-70%. In practical use, this can be converted into driving mileage, and charging should be performed as needed based on actual conditions to avoid damaging charging practices.

  5. Due to the inherent characteristics of electric patrol vehicles, special care must be taken to prevent water ingress into the controller, battery, and motor when using the vehicle in rainy weather. Avoid parking the vehicle in exposed areas where it may be rained on. If water ingress occurs, the vehicle must be thoroughly ventilated and dried before use.

  6. Avoid directly exposing electric patrol vehicles to high-temperature environments or prolonged sunlight.
